Epson WorkForce Pro 4010 color printer

Purchased on 9-25-2012 through Amazon affiliate "Onsale.com". So far so good, no problems with the machine, good quality copies, great for office use. I would not recommend using it for large copy jobs/flyers, but you could. Great price through Onsale, $99.99 plus shipping. Half the price of any other seller I could find. If it continues to perform at it's current level I would consider this a very good purchase.

Great printer, easy setup

The first printer I received was defective. The printing head would not move all the way. I was on the phone with Epson technical support (in India somewhere). After having me try several things, they concluded that it was defective. Amazon made it very easy to return the printer at no cost. They sent a label, I repacked it, and dropped it off at UPS via Staples. Amazon sent another one. The set up was a breeze and the print quality is very high. I am a little worried about the cost of cartridges because you need four cartridges at a time. However, Consumer Reports rated this printer as the least expensive cost per page. I'll have to see. As an added bonus, the top is flat. So even though this is a fairly large printer for a desktop, it really doesn't take any space because you can put things on the top.

I love the double sided print option. Prints great pictures and has a large ink supply. Can't beat the price and quality. I have used it for reports and printing the family tree and documents, it has done a great job. It is easy to set up and use.
