Great for digital negatives
By Olga
This is a very good film for creating digital negatives. It takes inks well and almost transparent - only about half stop difference in exposure compared to bare paper or step wedge.
I print my negatives on Epson R3000 and use SuperPhoto mode - 5760 dpi printer resolution (instead of recommended 1440). SuperPhoto mode gives me perfect highlights and nice shadows. 1440dpi in my experience proved to be not enough to produce 100% white specular highlights.

My only complaint would be the lack of traditional photo sizes for this film. I have to manually trim every negative to fit my 8"x10" contact frame.

Can't Print on Glossy Side
By Annie
The product web site indicates you can print on either side of this film using an inkjet printer (dye or pigment) but you can't actually print on the glossy side. Ink won't bond with it.

Not what I needed.
By Evergray
I am not sure exactly what you would use this for, the other type I saw said it was used for screen printing and this one says overlays and such. I wanted to create a image to place in a sun-catcher. I ended up having to duplicate the image and combine them just so you could tell what it was. The film is most differently clear. For what I wanted it does not seem to be a good use since I would have to use two sheet everything I wanted to print a full size image.

I printed a number of diagrams on these using a basic inkjet printer and the ink dried almost instantly and was of sufficient quality for the diagrams I was printing.
