Review of Printer

I chose this rating because (1) the printer first came without a cord and without the proper feeding assembly; (2) the roller smears the print and (3) it appears that the drum is defective because there is a stripe on the copies.
I don't know whether the LaserJet 4345mfp is a good machine or not because the printer that I received (that was supposed to be a refurbished machine) was defective.

Can't beat the price or the quality

I bought this for use in our church and it has performed flawlessly for over a year. We do not have heavy use as we are a small group, but it is used for about 5,000 copies or so each year. The only complaint I have is that we purchased a "refurbished" unit, but the touch screen surface had not been replaced and there is one spot that is dead. Easy to work around, just irritating sometimes.
